eSimgator My eSIMs

Terms of Service

Effective date: 30 September 2026.

1. Our contract with you

These terms apply to purchases from eSimgator, operated by Revaltex Group OÜ, registration number 17112275, VAT number EE102798333, Vesivärava tn 50-312, 10152 Tallinn, Estonia. Contact info@esimgator.com for company enquiries and support@esimgator.com for help with purchases.

You must have legal capacity to enter into the contract or act with the required authority. Check the package details and total price before placing an order. We accept your order when we send the order acceptance confirmation. A payment acknowledgement alone is not an acceptance if it expressly says the order is still being checked. If we cannot accept a paid order, we return the payment.

The package information and terms presented when you order form part of your contract. We provide confirmation in a form you can retain, including the applicable terms and any request to start service during the withdrawal period.

2. What you are buying

Your order specifies the destination or covered countries, data allowance, validity, activation conditions and any disclosed network, speed, hotspot or fair-use limits. A data-only package does not include an ordinary telephone number, cellular voice calls, SMS or emergency calling unless the package expressly says otherwise. Do not rely on a data-only eSIM as your sole way to contact emergency services.

Coverage and speeds depend on the local network, location, device and congestion. These variations do not remove your rights if the service fails to conform to what was agreed. We do not substitute a materially different package without your agreement.

3. Device compatibility and installation

Before buying, check that your device supports eSIM, is unlocked for use with the relevant network and meets the package requirements. You may need an internet connection to install the eSIM. Follow the supplied instructions on roaming, data settings and activation.

Keep the QR code and activation information private. Some profiles cannot be transferred or reinstalled after removal; consult support before deleting one. The order details explain when validity begins and the deadline for activation. Buying, installing and first connecting are distinct events and may have different effects for different packages.

4. Price, tax and payment

Prices are shown in EUR by default. You may choose USD before checkout; the currency shown in the confirmed order is also the currency charged by Stripe. USD prices use the ECB reference exchange rate and are rounded to the nearest 0.05 in the selected currency. The selected currency, amount and reference rate are retained with your order. The published price for the same package is the same for customers in different countries. Taxes that apply to the transaction are included in the confirmed total, and the invoice identifies the applicable treatment. Country information can change the tax breakdown without changing the agreed total.

Provide accurate residence and billing information and cooperate with reasonable tax or payment verification. If the required information cannot be resolved, we may pause checkout or contact you before accepting the order. Your bank may separately apply currency conversion or other charges under your agreement with it.

Stripe processes payments. We first request a card authorization to reserve the total. We capture the payment only after we confirm every eSIM in the order. If fulfilment cannot be confirmed, we cancel the authorization; your bank determines when the reserved amount becomes available again. An authorization may appear as a pending transaction in your banking app. A one-off package does not automatically renew unless the offer expressly states otherwise and you agree. Price changes apply to future orders and do not change an accepted order.

For company purchases, provide your legal company name, registration number and billing address before payment. We include the supplied details on the invoice. Consumer-only statutory rights apply where you qualify as a consumer. Contact us before ordering if you require a different tax treatment.

5. Delivery and support

After payment confirmation and successful provisioning, we make the installation information available through the delivery method stated at checkout. If delivery is delayed or information is missing, contact support@esimgator.com with your order reference. Do not make repeated purchases to resolve a missing delivery without checking first.

If we cannot supply an accepted order, we will offer an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement with your agreement or a refund. A supplier outage does not remove our obligations to you.

6. Withdrawal and refunds

Where statutory distance-contract withdrawal rights apply, you may withdraw within 14 days after the service contract is concluded, without giving a reason. Notify support@esimgator.com or our postal address with a clear statement identifying the order. You may use the form below, but it is not compulsory.

If you expressly request that service begin before that period ends and then withdraw, you may have to pay a proportionate amount for service already supplied where the law permits. The right to withdraw from a service is lost on full performance only where the required prior express consent and acknowledgement have been obtained. Delivery or scanning of a QR code alone is not treated by these terms as automatically extinguishing every withdrawal right.

Where withdrawal requires reimbursement, we refund the amount due within the statutory period, normally within 14 days of receiving your notice, using the original payment method unless another method is agreed without additional charges to you. Claims for non-delivery, defects or non-conformity remain separate from withdrawal and are not excluded because installation or use has begun.

For other refund requests, contact support with the circumstances. We consider the package status and applicable rights; the supplier's commercial refund policy does not override your statutory rights against us.

7. Appropriate use and suspension

Use the service lawfully and within the disclosed package limits. Do not misuse credentials, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with networks or resell a consumer package without permission. We may restrict service where reasonably necessary to address fraud, a serious breach, a security incident or a legal requirement. Where lawful and practicable, we explain the reason and how to contact us. Restrictions and any financial consequences remain subject to applicable law.

8. Responsibility and complaints

We are responsible for performing our obligations with the care required by law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricts mandatory consumer remedies. We do not impose a blanket exclusion for all network or supplier failures.

Start a complaint by contacting support@esimgator.com with your order reference and requested resolution. If the matter remains unresolved, you may seek assistance from the competent consumer authority or dispute resolution body, including the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee where it has jurisdiction. Information is available from TTJA. You retain access to the competent courts.

9. Governing law and future changes

Estonian law governs these terms, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protections applicable in their country of habitual residence. Jurisdiction is determined by applicable law; these terms do not require every consumer to bring a claim only in Estonia.

We may update terms for future orders. Existing orders remain subject to the agreed version except where a lawful, applicable change is required. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
